All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
No refunds for partial months or unused generations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you input into the Service and content generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Service: The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Behind Selling and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is." You are responsible for:

Reviewing all generated content before publishing
Ensuring accuracy of facts, statistics, and claims
Compliance with applicable laws and platform policies
Any consequences of publishing AI-generated content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Behind Selling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

We may delete your account and data
You may request data export before termination
